  • Managing business development team across Mumbai with the sole objective of building efficiencies and achieving annual targets set by the company.
  • Grooming the Business Development Managers & Senior Managers, and setting up a
  • scalable Sales infrastructure which will take Mumbai & West region to the next level in terms of both revenue and scalability.
  • Managing large Key accounts and ensuring participation in pitches, and meetings to close business with key decision makers across various sectors.
  • Managing and building pipelines & assisting in effective closures.
  • To motivate, Inspire and drive teams to achieve their personal targets (This role will involve - leading by example).
  • Mentoring the team on cold calling, presentations, pitches, and helping them achieve required impact among key decision makers ( Marketing Heads/Brand Heads/Category Heads).
  • An eye for detail and a solid understanding of the diverse range of marketing strategies across FMCG, Retail, Consumer Durable sectors
  • Being responsible for an aggressive top line target and also being a part of new product
  • innovation.
  • Work closely with the teams within the organization to run the complete sales cycle and build a strong knowledge sharing practice.
