We are looking for a proactive and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist with 3–4 years of experience in recruitment. The role involves managing end-to-end hiring for various departments, including Sales, Credit, Collections, and Operations while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience and alignment with business hiring goals.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition

  • Own end-to-end recruitment for roles across departments – especially Sales, Credit, Collections, and Operations.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and hiring needs.
  • Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals.
  • Conduct resume screening and initial HR interviews to assess culture and role fit.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with functional teams and hiring panels.
  • Manage offer negotiation, documentation, and communication with selected candidates.

2. Onboarding Coordination

  • Coordinate pre-joining formalities and document collection from selected candidates.
  • Ensure a smooth joining experience by working closely with HR Ops and IT teams.
  • Conduct and support induction programs, including company overview and policy briefings.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for new hires during their first few weeks.

3. Employee Engagement

  • Support planning and execution of employee engagement activities (festivals, team events, contests, birthdays, etc.).
  • Conduct periodic pulse checks and feedback sessions with new joinees and existing employees.
  • Assist in driving initiatives to improve retention, morale and organizational culture.
  • Contribute to internal communications (emailers, HR newsletters, posters, etc.).

4. MIS & Reporting

  • Maintain recruitment dashboards and reports (open positions, TAT, source mix, etc.).
  • Track onboarding metrics and feedback from new joinees.
  • Prepare monthly reports for HR reviews and audits.


Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–4 years of experience in talent acquisition.
  • Proven experience in managing volume hiring and field recruitment.
  • Exposure to onboarding coordination and engagement initiatives.
