Job Responsibilities:


  • Data Analysis: Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business strategies and decision-making processes.
  • Reporting: Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards that provide key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and sales, to understand data needs and deliver insights that support their goals.
  • Data Management: Ensure data integrity and accuracy by implementing best practices for data collection, storage, and management.
  • Statistical Modeling: Utilize statistical techniques and modeling to forecast trends and assess the impact of potential changes in operations or strategy.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements within data collection and analysis methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to junior analysts, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making within the team.


Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, data science, Statistics, Mathematics, Science, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
  • Experience in Commercial or Revenue Ops is a plus. Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Excel) required.
