Job Summary Sales Engineer at HINCOL, You are dynamic and technically proficient Sales Engineer to bridge the gap between our technical solutions and customer needs. The ideal candidate will leverage their engineering knowledge and sales acumen to identify, develop, and close business opportunities, ensuring customer satisfaction and contributing to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

•Sales and Business Development:

•Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

•Identify customer needs and provide technical solutions tailored to their requirements.

•Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and business growth.

•Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitors.

•Technical Expertise:

•Present and demonstrate products or solutions to potential customers.

•Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to clients.

•Customize product configurations to meet customer specifications.

•Liaise with the engineering and product development teams to address customer feedback.

•Proposal and Documentation:

•Create detailed proposals, quotations, and tenders based on customer requirements.

•Assist in contract negotiation and terms clarification.

•Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress.

•Customer Support:

•Provide pre- and post-sales technical assistance to customers.

•Troubleshoot technical issues and work with support teams to resolve them.

•Offer training sessions for clients on product usage and benefits.


Requirements

• Experience:

• 2-5 years of experience in sales or technical roles, preferably in e.g., chemical manufacturing/ Bitumen industry.

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and fostering customer relationships.


Skills:

• Strong understanding of technical concepts and ability to communicate them effectively.

• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management abilities.

• Willingness to travel to client locations as needed.


• Experience in chemical/bitumen manufacturing business.


Qualification


• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil )
