About the Role:
Job Description
We’re now looking for a Digital Sales Executive who’s not just a seller — but a builder and leader ready to create systems, form a winning team, and scale our e-commerce sales from zero to a few hundred orders a day.
What You’ll Do:
Build and lead a small but high-performing e-commerce sales team.
Set up and streamline end-to-end processes to drive consistent daily sales.
Manage and grow presence across Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and our own website.
Handle listings, pricing, offers, and promotions to maximize visibility.
Engage with customers — reply to queries, reviews, and messages promptly.
Collaborate with logistics and dispatch teams for smooth order delivery.
Track daily performance, sales data, and KPIs to achieve 100+ orders/day.
Work with marketing for campaigns, product launches, and ad strategies.
Experiment, learn fast, and optimize — we love people who test and scale ideas.
⚙️ What You Bring:
1–3 years of experience in e-commerce sales or digital marketing.
Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, or Meesho Supplier Panel.
A growth-hacker mindset — ready to experiment and scale fast.
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
You thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and love hitting targets.
Bonus: Basic understanding of digital ads, SEO, and analytics.
Qualification:
Graduate (any stream)
Preferred: Background in e-commerce, marketing, or business.
Compensation:
₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Fixed) + Attractive Incentives based on sales growth + ESOP Options to the deserving candidate
