Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Admissions Counselor located in Delhi, India. The Admissions Counselor will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process, addressing inquiries, providing information on programs, and helping students understand admission requirements. The role also involves customer service, handling sales inquiries, and maintaining positive relationships with students and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills
- Customer Service skills with a focus on student support
- Sales experience in an educational context
- Background or experience in Education
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
