Position Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP FICO Consultant with a minimum of 10 years of experience to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will play a critical role in simplifying and standardizing business processes for our clients.

You will be responsible for leading solution proposals, managing project deliverables, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the collection of business requirements, conduct analysis, and propose end-to-end solutions to support client initiatives aimed at simplifying and standardizing processes.

- Act as a Process Expert within the team, providing guidance and coaching to team members and supporting other AMS teams when necessary.

- Monitor the team's workload and make decisions to ensure quality and timely delivery of solutions to clients.

- Lead and prepare reports for SLA governance and provide status updates.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance current processes within the organization.

- Communicate effectively with key stakeholders to manage expectations regarding delivery, change management, time estimations, competing priorities, and technical issues.

- Proactively recommend improvements to business and IT decision-makers.

- Participate in the handover of new and enhanced business processes to end-users and relevant IT support teams.

- Perform design, configuration, and testing of FI/CO, BW, and RE/FX modules.

Qualifications and Experience :

- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in SAP FICO.

- Proven ability to lead teams and manage project deliverables to ensure high-quality and on-time delivery.

- Strong expertise in the design, configuration, and testing of SAP FI/CO, BW, and RE/FX modules.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience in preparing reports for SLA governance and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities.

- Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
