Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site IT Payment and Purchase Executive role located in Kurla. The role involves managing payment processing and purchase operations, ensuring efficient and accurate handling of transactions, vendor management, and procurement processes. The executive will be responsible for maintaining records, monitoring budgets, and ensuring compliance with company policies related to IT payments and purchases. Timely coordination with internal teams and external vendors is essential to ensure smooth financial and operational workflows.


Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of IT Payment processing and Procurement principles
  • Competence in Vendor Management, Supplier Coordination, and Budget Tracking
  • Proficiency in Accounting Software, Expense Management Tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in an on-site, team-oriented environment and meet deadlines efficiently
  • Familiarity with financial compliance and reporting standards is an advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT, or a related field
