The role involves managing payment processing and purchase operations, ensuring efficient and accurate handling of transactions, vendor management, and procurement processes. The executive will be responsible for maintaining records, monitoring budgets, and ensuring compliance with company policies related to IT payments and purchases. Timely coordination with internal teams and external vendors is essential to ensure smooth financial and operational workflows.QualificationsStrong knowledge of IT Payment processing and Procurement principlesCompetence in Vendor Management, Supplier Coordination, and Budget TrackingProficiency in Accounting Software, Expense Management Tools, and Microsoft Office SuiteDetail-oriented with strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in an on-site, team-oriented environment and meet deadlines efficientlyFamiliarity with financial compliance and reporting standards is an advantageBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT, or a related field
