With rapid expansion across categories, channels, and geographies, we’re building one of India’s most dynamic beauty ecosystems.Purpose – Why does it exist?To launch and grow the EBO channel of our brands' exclusive retail outletsKey Performance IndicatorsNumber of stores openedStore footfalls & sales growth performanceBrand visibility at key retail locationsProfitability at the store-level and business-levelMarket share in the catchment areaStability of store performance and operationsKey ResponsibilitiesScope out new micro-locations where our stores can be introducedLiaise with property owners and developers to get right-sized stores at the right locationsIdentify and Experience & Qualification regulatory requirements for store launchDevelop and templatize store design concepts that can be rolled out rapidly and cost-effectivelyPut in place operating teams at the store level, and later, at the regional levelTrain, motivate and empower sales staff at retail locations to deliver a memorable customer experienceWork on and execute plans for SSSGMaintain excellent working relationships with rental partnersExperience & Qualification MBA Graduate from Tier-1 / Tier-2 Institute with a minimum of 4-5 years of direct experience in opening up and operating exclusive brand outletsRelationship building, analytical skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders, types of business partners and internal employeesLeadership and influencing skillsUnquestionable integrity, work ethic and focus on customer delightBase Location: Thane, Mumbai
