ASG Consultancy (Avianta Solutions Global) is a new and fast-emerging startup, founded with a clear vision and a strong project pipeline across India, the GCC, Europe, and Africa. While our current online presence (including LinkedIn) may seem minimal, we are actively building a robust foundation and team to deliver professional outsourcing services—especially in visa support, digital transformation, and consulting.

We are now looking for a dedicated and experienced Visa Consultant to join our Calicut office and grow with us from the ground up. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in Tourist, Business, and Student visa processing, particularly for destinations like the Schengen region, UK, US, Canada, China, and more. Most enquiries will be received through digital channels and online leads.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage full documentation for Tourist, Business, and Student visas
  • Handle enquiries received via online leads, email, and digital platforms
  • Guide clients with accurate country-specific requirements, timelines, and document checklists
  • Prepare and verify documents for submission to embassies, consulates, and VFS centers
  • Stay updated on visa rules, processing updates, and documentation trends
  • Track applications and keep clients informed on their status
  • Deliver high levels of accuracy and compliance to minimize rejections

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in outbound visa processing
  • Strong knowledge of visa procedures for Schengen, UK, US, Canada, China
  • Experience coordinating with VFS Global and relevant embassy/consulate offices in India
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam
  • Computer proficiency and documentation skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with digital tools

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous work experience in a travel agency, overseas education consultancy, or visa service company
  • Familiarity with CRM or lead management systems
  • Additional language skills like Hindi, Arabic, or Tamil will be a plus
