That's why we're looking for a Head of Performance Marketing (Part-time) — a strategic thinker, data lover, and channel orchestrator who knows how to lead performance from the front.

This isn't just about managing campaigns.

It's about building the engine that drives growth.

The Role

You'll work with cross-functional teams to align business goals with bold media execution. You'll lead planning, testing, optimization, and performance reporting across channels — from Google and Meta to wherever the audience lives next.

You'll have space to lead, freedom to move fast, and the support of a team that knows how to think creatively and execute precisely.

What You'll Own
  • Build and lead full-funnel paid media strategies (Google, Meta, YouTube, TikTok, etc.)
  • Set performance frameworks, KPIs, and optimization protocols
  • Lead and mentor a small, agile team (or help build it)
  • Align creative, media, and data to maximize efficiency and impact
  • Provide clear reporting and insights that guide future decisions and client strategy
Who You Are
  • 5+ years in performance marketing, with experience managing strategy and spend
  • A confident leader who can work hands-on and zoom out to guide big-picture strategy
  • Analytical, data-literate, and always testing to learn
  • Strong communicator — with clients, with teams, with numbers
  • Available part-time and excited to contribute in a high-impact, flexible role
  • Bonus: Experience in agency environments and working with lifestyle, fashion, or purpose-driven brands
