Role Overview :

As the Dynatrace Lead, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the performance of our clients' digital environments using Dynatrace and related tools. Your role will involve leading a team, implementing monitoring strategies, and providing expert guidance on OneAgent tool usage. You will play a key role in ensuring the success of our projects and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage a team of technical experts in the implementation and maintenance of Dynatrace monitoring solutions.

- Oversee the deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting of Dynatrace OneAgent across various client environments.

- Develop and execute monitoring strategies to optimize performance and identify areas for improvement.

- Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions using Dynatrace and related technologies.

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

- Analyze performance data and generate reports to provide insights and recommendations for optimization.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Dynatrace and related monitoring tools.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Dynatrace with other systems and applications.

- Support pre-sales activities by providing technical expertise and insights during client engagements.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 8+ years of experience in Dynatrace and OneAgent tool implementation and management.

- Proven experience in leading and managing technical expert teams.

- Strong understanding of performance monitoring and optimization techniques.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
