This is a full-time, on-site Client Servicing role based in Delhi, India. The role involves working closely with clients to ensure their needs are met, overseeing retail fit-out projects from planning to execution, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction. The Client Servicing professional will be responsible for fostering strong client relationships, managing communications, addressing client concerns, and ensuring timely project deliverables while collaborating with internal teams and external partners. Additionally, the role involves preparing reports and ensuring financial accountability within project budgets.
- Strong skills in Client Services, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service to build and maintain relationships effectively.
- Excellent Communication abilities for client interaction, clear correspondence, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Basic understanding or experience in Finance to manage budgets, project billing, and cost analysis.
- Proven ability to problem-solve and manage multitasking in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for project management and reporting is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to manage overlapping projects and meet deadlines.
