The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, and building strong relationships with customers. Day-to-day tasks include leading sales meetings, providing training and support to the sales team, analyzing sales data, preparing reports, and working closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.QualificationsStrong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to achieve and exceed targetsExperience in developing and implementing sales strategiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationshipsLeadership and team management skills, with experience in leading a sales teamAnalytical skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and prepare reportsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM softwareAbility to work independently and as part of a teamBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fieldExperience in the industrial solutions sector is a plus
