5+ years of experience in the equity market, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  1. Business Development and Revenue Growth:
  • Drive branch revenue through equity trading, third- party product selling and regular new client acquisition.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch sales targets and profitability goals.
  • Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities for financial products such as mutual funds, insurance, PMS, Structured products and fixed income instruments.
  1. Branch Operations Management:
  • Oversee day-to-day branch operations, ensuring seamless execution of equity trading and other financial services.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor operational efficiency and address any issues promptly to maintain smooth workflows.
  1. Team Leadership and Management:
  • Lead and mentor the branch team, including equity dealers, relationship managers, and other staff.
  • Set performance targets, conduct regular reviews, and provide training to enhance team skills and productivity.
  • Foster a collaborative and result-driven work culture.
  1. Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and retail clients.
  • Ensure clients receive timely advice, personalized investment solutions, and exceptional service.
  • Address client queries, concerns, and feedback to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  1. Market Analysis and Advisory Support:
  • Stay updated on equity market trends, macroeconomic developments, and corporate actions.
  • Provide insights and guidance to the team and clients for informed investment decisions.
  • Assist clients with portfolio diversification and risk management strategies.
  1. Compliance and Risk Management:
  • Ensure all branch operations comply with regulatory standards (SEBI, NSE/BSE, etc.).
  • Monitor trading activities to mitigate operational and investment risks.
  • Conduct regular audits to maintain transparency and compliance.
