About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Program Manager who brings the perfect blend of engineering depth + program leadership. If you’ve written code, shipped products, and now love driving cross-functional execution, this is your role. Ideal for candidates who grew from Software Engineer → Program Manager and have experience scaling e-commerce or marketplace products in fast-paced startups.

What You Will Own

  • Drive end-to-end delivery of technical programs, from requirements → architecture → execution → launch.
  • Work closely with engineering, product, design, QA, and data teams to ensure smooth delivery and alignment.
  • Translate business goals into technical roadmaps, sprint plans, and measurable OKRs.
  • Own cross-functional communication, risk management, dependencies, and stakeholder updates.
  • Deeply understand system design, APIs, backend flows & frontend interactions to unblock teams quickly.
  • Lead high-velocity execution for 0→1 and 1→10 product initiatives in e-commerce (catalog, payments, logistics, supply chain, checkout, growth, etc.).
  • Implement processes for agile planning, sprint reviews, retros, RCA, and delivery governance.
  • Drive operational excellence: performance, SLA adherence, launches, documentation, dashboards.
  • Act as the technical voice in planning conversations and the program driver during execution.

Who You Are

  • Started career as a Software Engineer (hands-on coding background is a must).
  • 2–4 years in engineering + 2–4 years in technical program or product delivery roles.
  • Experience working in e-commerce, marketplace, D2C, logistics tech, or consumer internet.
  • Proven startup experience: fast-paced environment, ambiguity, multi-functional ownership.
  • Strong understanding of system architecture, APIs, microservices, cloud (AWS/GCP).
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Data-driven with ability to create reports, dashboards, risk logs, and delivery metrics.
  • High ownership mindset — able to drive outcomes without micromanagement.
