Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Management: Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, managing their accounts and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Sales Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services to clients.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of client projects and campaigns.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to understand client industries, identify trends, and provide insights to clients.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on account status, sales performance, and client feedback.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure long-term partnerships.
  • Problem Solving: Address and resolve any client issues or concerns promptly and effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven 2-3 years of experience in account management, or a related role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Proactivity: Ability to take initiative, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technology: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Attitude: Results-driven, client-focused, and a team player.
