CDGL also operates a network of 280+ refreshment kiosks offering affordable food and beverages for on-the-go customers under the Coffee Day Xpress brand name.Roles and ResponsibilitiesManage end to end mass/volume recruitment includes sourcing, screening, initiating salary negotiation, releasing offers and inductionAchieving direct and teams joining targetEvaluate available sourcing channels and ensure right source mixOrganizing job fairs, pooled drives and build right branding for the company to attract talentCreating an ongoing pipeline for specific roles identifying upcoming opportunitiesEnsuring the talent acquisition cost is maintained at the minimal levelPrepare & present performance related report periodicallyEnsuring the key employees are retainedOrganize engagement activities, contestsCompliance of HR Practices & policies in conjunction with management pertaining to exit, F&F settlement & inductionEnsure supply of Uniforms, employee handbooks in the respective region and issuance of IDs, name badges & official documentationHandle & resolve all employee grievanceRegular cafe visits to engage employees at work place. Timely updating of documents & employee details, post recruitmentEnsuring training & development activities for the growth of teamTracking team performance & ensuring periodical appraisals of the teamCriteriaAny Graduation/MBA/ PGDBM5-10 years in Recruitment/HR generalist role preferably from F&B/Retail/FMCGExperience in hiring with good network preferably in hotel management, hospitality colleges/institutionsKnowledge on HR practices and employment legislationBusiness and Industry knowledge and acumenLeadership skills with high levels of integrity, professionalism and diplomacyConflict managementAnalytical and organizational focus
