About the Role

We’re hiring a young and proactive Accounts Executive to join our growing finance team at a leading Manufacturing Company at Kovilambakkam Chennai.


Candidates staying in Pallavaram , Chrompet , Velachery, Madipakkam, Nanganallur, Keelkattalai, Pammal, Tambaram are preferred.


This role is ideal for candidates with solid hands-on experience in GST, TDS, and core accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage GST filings – GSTR-1 (Sales), GSTR-2B (ITC), GSTR-3B (Summary), GSTR-9 & 9C (Annual)
  • Handle TDS filings – Monthly and Annual
  • Perform General Ledger posting and Bank Reconciliation
  • Prepare Invoices and manage payments & Follow-ups
  • Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure compliance with accounting standards
  • Support audit preparation and financial reporting


Required Skills

  • Strong command over Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, etc.)
  • Must have TALLY PRIME EXPERIENCE
  • Good understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliances
  • Attention to detail, time management, and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and follow-up skills
