Key Responsibilities:


  • GBS Projects: Lead and oversee the design and setup of Global Business Services.
  • Target Operating Model Design: Develop and optimize operating models to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Location Strategy & Location Assessment: Identify key locations and strategies to optimize global presence.
  • Current State Analysis and Maturity Assessment: Conduct current state analysis and maturity assessments for GBS organizations and develop to-be designs.
  • Process Design & Optimization: Streamline processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.


Experience and Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3-8 years of relevant experience in the areas mentioned above.
  • Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Education: Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in business, Finance or a related field. A master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, FRM, CIMA and CMA) is a plus.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple stakeholders.
