Consultant — Finance Transformation

Our client, a Leading Global Specialist in Energy Management and Automation, is seeking an Independent Finance Transformation and S/4HANA Implementation Consultant.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support Finance Transformation projects with a focus on S/4HANA implementation

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and map financial processes

Design, configure, and implement S/4HANA solutions for core finance functions (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, etc.)

Ensure seamless migration from legacy systems to S/4HANA

Conduct gap analysis, process improvements, and provide best practices for finance transformation

Support data migration, testing, and post-implementation activities

Provide training and support to end-users

Skills Required

Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance modules

Experience in finance process optimization and transformation

Hands-on experience with S/4HANA implementation projects

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Problem-solving and analytical mindset

Preferred:

Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology

Industry-specific experience (Manufacturing, Energy, etc.)

SAP certification in Finance modules
