Required Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant or CFA Degree
• 8-10 years of progressive experience in finance transformation roles
• Experience in Finance process automation, ERP implementation and optimization (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
• Experience in Shared services setup and management
• Experience in Change management in finance organizations & Business process reengineering
• Stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance in health-tech or technology sectors
• Proven track record of leading finance automation projects
• Experience in high-growth, fast-paced technology or health-tech companies
• Ability to drive organizational change and influence senior leadership

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of end-to-end finance transformation initiatives to optimize processes and drive operational excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation, digitalization, and process improvement within the finance function.
• Oversee the implementation of new financial systems and technologies, ensuring seamless integration and user adoption.
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of transformation projects.
• Provide strategic guidance and thought leadership to senior management on best practices in finance transformation.
• Manage change management efforts, including stakeholder communication, training, and support throughout the transformation journey.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal controls during all phases of transformation initiatives.

A Typical Day

As the Finance Transformation Head, your day begins by collaborating with cross-functional teams to assess current financial processes and identify areas for improvement.
