We are seeking a dynamic Lead BI Administrator with 6 to 9 years of experience to join our team.
The Lead BI Administrator will provide technical leadership and guidance in the development and implementation of Business Intelligence (BI) solutions.
This role involves overseeing and actively contributing to the design, coding, testing, and deployment of BI applications while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and best practices.
The Lead BI Administrator will also mentor and coach junior developers, provide technical direction, and drive innovation within the team.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities :
- Technical Leadership : Provide technical leadership and guidance in the development and implementation of BI solutions.
- Oversee and actively contribute to the design, coding, testing, and deployment of BI applications.
- Mentorship and Coaching : Mentor and coach junior developers, providing technical direction and support.
- Share knowledge and best practices to help team members grow and develop their skills.
- Project Coordination : Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of BI projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project objectives.
- Innovation and Continuous Improvement : Drive innovation within the team, exploring new technologies and approaches to improve BI solutions.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance processes and methodologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Leadership and Communication : Exhibit strong leadership skills, inspiring and motivating team members to achieve project goals.
- Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and management to provide updates on project status and escalate issues as needed.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 6 to 9 years of experience in Business Intelligence administration and development.
- Proficiency in Power BI administration, including Power BI Services and licensing.
- Strong technical skills in BI development, including data modeling, report/dashboard design, and ETL processes.
- Experience with SQL Server, SQL queries, and database administration.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
