Ideal candidates will have 3–6 years of recruitment experience, ideally in Tech Product & Services hiring.


Location: Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Pune (Hybrid)


What You will Do -

  • Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract the best candidates.
  • Effectively sell the role and our company brand to prospective candidates.
  • Thoroughly screen resumes, evaluating career progression, gaps, and education history.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process—from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and act as a trusted talent advisor.
  • Utilize a mix of sourcing channels, with a strong focus on social media recruitment and employer branding.
  • Proactively engage employees to generate high-quality referrals.
  • Manage recruitment data, providing insights through reports and dashboards.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • A natural connector, able to build rapport quickly and authentically.
  • Skilled in social media hiring and passionate about employer branding.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage and analyse recruitment data effectively.
