This is a leadership role for someone who can own planning, execution, and team performance together.Key responsibilities include:Owning execution schedules and ensuring alignment with overall project milestonesDriving pull-planning, look-aheads, and commitment-based trackingLeading Assistant PMs, engineers, and supervisors on siteManaging contractors on productivity, sequencing, manpower, and qualityEnsuring execution as per GFC drawings, specifications, IS codes, and approvalsCoordinating closely with consultants for drawings, RFIs, and change managementMonitoring quality benchmarks, rework reduction, and snag closureSupporting the GM on progress reporting, risk reviews, and commercial logicEnabling tech-driven reporting and structured site processesQualifications & Ideal ProfileMinimum 12+ years of experience in residential / redevelopment projectsProven ability to manage planning + execution simultaneouslyStrong leadership skills with experience handling multi-level site teamsExposure to lean construction practices and structured scheduling systemsComfortable using planning, reporting, and site-tech toolsCalm, decisive, and outcome-oriented leadership styleLooking for a long-term role with ownership and growth potential
