Responsibilities:

  • Set deadlines, get allocated work done, monitor and summarise project progress health and progress
  • Prepare reports for senior management regarding status of projects
  • Responsible to manage project starting from client kick-off to support
  • Responsible for Profitability for multiple projects
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time an, within scope and within budget
  • Manage changes to project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate tool and techniques. The candidate must be at the top of the situation in “Cost & Budget
  • Estimation and Tracking”
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Manage relationship with client and all stakeholders
  • Analysing & managing project risks. Perform risk management to minimise project risks
  • Create and maintain Project Documentation and Reports
  • Track project performance, specifically to analyse the successful completion of short term and long term goals
  • The candidate must possess Client Servicing Skills. Shall engage in regular client interaction to ensure customer satisfaction


Required Skills/Competencies –

  • 12-15 years of relevant project management experience
  • Qualification – MBA preferred
  • The Project Manager shall possess PMP Certification
  • Shall be well versed in the development methodologies viz., Agile and Waterfall
  • As Project Manager the person shall be responsible to work closely with the client, overseeing all aspects of the projects. In this role you will drive the charge with project direction, metric direction and performance management.
  • The candidate is expected to be an ambitious individual who can work under their own direction towards agreed targets and goals with creative approach to work.
