About the firm:
iFinStrats is a start-up in the fintech space. We focus on building strategies for algorithmic stock/options trading.

We have our proprietary trading business where we use our in-house built strategies that are proven for profitability and they are executed automatically by our algorithms.

Some of these strategies are also used by our clients.

We have recently launched
iFinStrats Academy, a new division aimed at educating individuals on the intricacies of the stock market and financial investments.

Based out of Bengaluru, our team works towards leveraging technology solutions to create unique financial products that provide respectable returns while managing risks effectively.


Internship Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Client Engagement Intern to join our team.

As a Client Engagement Intern, you will play a key role in assisting our customer engagement efforts, fostering positive relationships with clients, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in customer service, relationship management, and communication skills development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support on smooth operations of Client onboarding process, ensuring a seamless experience for new clients.
  • Managing client portfolio and facilitate effective client communication with clients to address their needs and concerns promptly
  • Prepare and update the customer reports about their investment portfolio.
  • Producing client reports analyzing the monthly and quarterly data, suggesting improvements on reports based on client interactions
  • Provide administrative support to the customer engagement team, including organizing meetings, preparing documents, and managing schedules

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree
  • Excellent Verbal & Written Communication in English
  • Computer Skills with working level experience in Microsoft Office Word, Excel & Power point tools
  • Effective Communication and Listening Skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with client and team members

Additional Information:

  • This is a paid internship position based at our Bangalore office.
  • The duration of the internship is 23 months, with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.
  • Flexible working hours may be available to accommodate academic schedules.
  • Interns will receive mentorship and guidance from experienced professionals in the field.
