Medical engagement associate

Job description:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls of the patients and resolve their queries from appropriate source of information (client-defined FAQs and responses).
  • Maintain data hygiene and validate it.
  • Report adverse events (AEs)/market complaints as per the standard operating procedure. Capture details related to AEs reported by patient in predefined templates and timelines.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to run the operations seamlessly. Attend review meetings from internal leads at regular intervals.
  • Responsible to strictly adhere to quality standards for various deliverables as decided by the business unit or client.
  • Responsible to participate in assigned training programs relevant to the job & complete client-specific training, if applicable.
  • Responsible to build mastery in the assigned therapy area through self-learning and formal trainings.
  • Volunteer in training programs to develop skills in areas relevant to the job in addition to the areas of interest.
  • Participate in and contribute to various continuous improvement initiatives or company-driven initiative.
  • Responsible to strictly adhere to quality standards for various deliverables as decided by the business unit or client.

About you :
Life science background with product knowledge and MICC experience.

Must have : 1. Excellent communication 2. Domain knowledge 3. Pharmacovigilance knowledge 4. Basic excel 5. Strong documentation skills
