Job Role:

As an Associate Engagement Manager at Quantiphi, you will play a crucial role in driving the successful delivery of advanced solutions in Application Development, Platform Engineering , Data Engineering , Analytics and Machine Learning solutions for our key customers.

You will interpret and turn data into information which can improve the business process, thus affecting business decisions.

Must haves:

  • A minimum of 4-5 years of relevant experience in Business Analysis and Requirements Definition for Software Delivery projects.
  • Proven experience of working in Agile delivery methodologies and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, or XP.
  • Proficiency in creating business requirement documents, user training manuals, and requirement traceability matrices pertinent to technical workloads.
  • Familiarity with project management tools like JIRA, GitLab etc
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to report results back to the relevant members of the business, including Project Managers, Technical Architects, and Leadership.
  • Ability to collect and interpret data, identify patterns and trends in data sets.
  • Proficiency in defining new data collection and analysis processes, including experience with data analysis and basic data visualization using tools like Excel and BI tools.
  • Capability to analyze large data sets and write comprehensive reports.
  • Highly proactive and a self-starter in driving engagements, including project tasks and self-directed learning.
  • Ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams, ensuring clear and effective communication.
  • Possess an analytical mind and a strong inclination for problem-solving with a keen attention to detail.
  • Experience and an educational background in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Cloud Technologies would be preferred.
  • A fundamental grasp of cloud computing concepts, with experience in cloud platforms like AWS or Azure, is highly desirable What's in it for you?
