KEYDELIVERABLES:

Account Management & ServiceDelivery

  • Liaison with the client todevelop new mandates and deliver existing mandates at the client inthe best way possible.
  • Network with various stakeholdersat the client office to get a better understanding of the pulse andpossible feedback from theclient.
  • Document and prepare a cataloguewith a list of all the materials timings and schedule for theiraudit and inspection.
  • Coordinate with the officer andcustomer to go to the client site to see and inspect the specificmaterials.
  • Coordinate with the Business UnitKolkata team to drive the auction and its proceedings to ensureminimal glitches.
  • Ensure and share the H1 (HighestBidder) report with the client and discuss prices for each productsold involving own team.
  • Ensure and seek approval on allthe auction prices finalize thereport.
  • Ensure and prepare and provide aconfirmation report to for further processing of the auctionoperations to the team.
  • Coordinate to ensure payment fromthe customer against the material as per the bid price delivery tothe customer with help from us as well as theclient.
  • In case of outstanding paymentsconnect with relevant stakeholders to recover thesame.
  • Procure lifting details from theclient or Business Unit Team to include in the invoice generateinvoice and submit to the client forpayment.
  • Drive collection of payments asper the agreed timelines to ensure healthy working capitalmanagement.
  • Liaison with the client andcustomer to conduct seamless operations with minimal escalationsnurture good relationships andnetworks.
  • Connect with the client toconvince them to add additional services in their portfolio to helpincrease the size and revenue of the businessconducted.
  • Satisfy the client by attendingperiodic review meetings as per the charter help solve escalationsand any other problems within the stipulatedtimelines.
  • Ensure raising timely Credit Note(CN) to avoid any financial loss to theorganization.

TeamDevelopment

  • Recruit develop engage and retaintalent by effectively deploying employee benefits and engagementtechniques.
  • Monitor training programs inconjunction with the HR/Training Coordinator for team members tohave the necessary skills to perform their duties safely andefficiently.
  • Ensure clear communication onexpectations to production personnel keep them informed of matterspertaining to their job and develop personnel growthopportunities.

Learning andDevelopment

  • Be open to new ideas andprocesses at work and stay abreast of new developments in thefield.
  • Invest in Learning &development of self and team members. Recommend certifications/external trainings for team and collaborate with HR in providinginternal trainings & knowledge sharingopportunities.
  • Encourage team members to learnand provide them an opportunity to apply thesame.

CANDIDATEPROFILE:

  • Experience in businessdevelopment management and strategic roles across companies of asimilar size and nature.
  • Good understanding of allinternal company processes andbusiness.
  • Strong Communication written andoral networking and problemsolvingabilities.
  • Adequate knowledge of SteelBusiness (Flat & Long Product) and byproducts of SteelCompany.
  • Good understanding of SecondarySteel market products & applicationsetc.
