Overview

This role is responsible to support QCFS Europe quality and food safety agenda, producing KPI tracking reports and extracting key data into suitable format to enable the Sector Service team to manage performance and aggregate performance from BU level driving insight at cross BU level. Key responsibility is maintaining a standard reporting and comms methodology with partner stakeholders. This will include maintenance of global systems, creation of sector reporting dashboards and tailoring to sector teams analytical needs.

The role holder will also have to work in partnership with respective Sector and BU functional owners to ensure the systems are suitable, adhere to global standards and enable local BU teams to interact with the sector and global reporting and data tools seamlessly. This role is essential to ensure systems, reporting and capability is embedded within our operation teams and data quality is maintained through strong governance.

A key enabler to this role will be foundational experience with a regulatory / quality food safety role backed up with suitbable understanding of business management systems and recognized training – equivalent of HACCP or British Retail consortium / quality management systems would provide a good grounding for further development into role.

Responsibilities

Reporting

· Generation of function specific KPI reports/updates

· Preparation of ad-hoc reports for senior management and other stakeholders

· Analysis of reports for performance tracking and benchmarking

· Providing visibility on progress to stakeholders and follow-ups

· Support for continuous improvement of month-end closing reports preparation

· Maintain and improve existing self service dashboards

· Support the development of reporting dashaboards and tools

· Collection and reporting out on performance

· Analyze audit data and prepare reports and insights for sector QCFS functions ( QAS-MCP-Asha-CAPA)

· Reporting changes in roles and responsibilities to ensure the governance of QFS training program

Reporting and Governance Remit covering

· Maintain existing portals and reporting systems

· QFS Reporting

· Maintain the document QCFS hub

Support

QFS (KM & System)

· Interact with QFS knowledge management systems and Communicate quality standards and procedures (updates / changes / global cascade change and comms) as required

· Partner with Core SS QFS lead to Tailor QCFS standards to local conditions as required ( specific to BU/Site/Recipient group) ensuring robust document control

· Own and maintain roll up of non conformities database (KM) – review opportunities for KM and best practice transfer, simplification and standardisation on materials.

· Establish Document control governance (library, system, database, maintain).

QFS (Comms)

· Utilise reporting tools to drive improvement drawing upon insights from Reports ( AIB outputs or similar)

· Drive standardised understanding of reporting KPIs and metrics within QFS field (ensure AIB / quality standards adhered to)

· Continuous improvement – conduct root cause analysis with local teams and construct insights

· Work with local and sector teams to collate qualitative data to support reporting insights (CAPA tool – Complaints – audits)

· Quality failures / Nonconformity – prepare comms and escalation

· Enable QFS teams communications , organizing conf calls, meetings, trainings for Categories and regions

QFS (systems)

· Technical system support for scorecard reporting

· Triage support / resolution (fix data sets, fix access, rectification / escalation to appropriate IT / system owners)

· Maintain IT systems and data sets (liaise with reporting and MDM teams)

· Manage user access / administration.

· Access management to QCFS sharepoint and global brain folders

Qualifications This role will be supporting Quality Food Safety and as such good understanding of quality systems and auditing processes will be required, as such minimum 1yr working in Quality food safety role with good understanding of systems and standards required (Preference for proven training HACCP or BRC food safety / auditing or equivalent ideal). This Role will become a sector superuser for the global systems and as such will be expected to build capability quickly to support disparate global systems and in turn support and build capability in BU teams, supporting Core functional role owners and peers within GBS Proficiency in English (written and spoken) Analytical skills demonstrated by a suitable bachelors degree (ie Science/Technological/Engineering /Food science) backed up with operational experience. Demonstrated ability to interact with data and database systems working within regulatory or operational environment producing reporting and creating (and standardising) insights reports and visualisations that stakeholders can use to remedy issues (usually min 1 yrs exp.) Demonstrated Working Knowledge of Power Bi & Tableau or similar reporting dashboard software Good working knowledge of workflow management and quality systems Excel & Office package advanced knowledge mandatory Working experience in reporting and analytics support environment or FMCG company with a clear bias and understanding to Quality Food safety understanding of terminology, metrics and KPIs used will be a distinct advantage Good communication and interpersonal skills; Conscientious focus on presentation and quality of output visuals Results oriented
