Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our IT Products team. The perfect candidate should have a minimum of six years of experience in business analysis, with a solid background in IT. This position plays a crucial role in connecting intricate business requirements with technological solutions to guarantee the creation of efficient IT products.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
    Engage with stakeholders to capture and analyze complex business requirements. Use various methods like workshops, interviews, and surveys to define detailed business needs.
  • Solution Development:
    Collaborate with IT teams to develop and propose IT solutions that align with business goals. Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Project Management:
    Oversee project timelines, ensuring milestones are achieved and deliverables are finished on time. Coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage resources efficiently.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
    Conduct data trend analysis and metrics evaluation for informed business decisions. Prepare and present reports to stakeholders regarding project progress and results.
  • Process Improvement:
    Continuously search for and implement enhancements in business processes and systems. Follow best practices in workflow and data management.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    Act as a crucial link between business units and IT, ensuring clear communication and comprehension of requirements and solutions. Efficiently manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Training and Support:
    Offer training and support to users on new systems and processes. Create comprehensive user manuals and documentation.
  • Writing Epics and User Stories:
    Create detailed epics and user stories to effectively convey requirements to the IT development team. Ensure these stories align with the overall project objectives and business needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 2+ years of experience as a business analyst, preferably in the IT sector.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with various management levels and staff.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies.
  • Experience in project management and familiarity with project management tools.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and IT development processes.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a related field.
  • Relevant certifications in business analysis or project management (e.g., CBAP, PMP).
