  • Providing technical advice related to transactions to other members of the tax 1012 years and above of experience in Big 4 firm or large conglomerates with atleast 4 years in core M&A Tax.
  • Deep knowledge of structuring, corporate tax laws, including domestic and international.
  • Technical understanding of FEMA and other regulatory provisions like SEBI, Corporate laws, Stock Exchange regulations etc.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to articulate complex tax laws in a business setting.
  • Strong technical writing and tax research skills
