Job Overview:

- We are seeking an experienced and strategic Brand On Digital Manager to spearhead our social media efforts and drive engagement for the corporate brand across digital platforms.


- The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with a deep understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.


- This role requires strong leadership skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a passion for leveraging social media to build brand awareness, foster community engagement, and drive business results.

Key Accountabilities:

- Will be a key input provider to the CBC team and other key stakeholders within the group.

- Will work closely with the key stakeholders in CBC to create and align focused and winning social media strategies.

- Will partner the other leads in the branding team to ensure the impactful amplification of the social media strategy for Employer Branding, Asset Branding and Branded Properties/Sponsorships.

- Will work closely with the lead of Media Strategy and Buying, to identify the right digital media, timing and messages.

- Will regularly track success and effectiveness through a robust and pre-defined dashboard.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Social Media Strategy Development - Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with overall business and marketing objectives.

- Analytics and Reporting: Utilize social media analytics tools and platforms to track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement, conversion rates, and sentiment.

- Team Leadership and Management - Develop, nurture and lead a team of social media specialists, and manage external partners and agencies to execute social media campaigns and initiatives effectively.

- Content Strategy and Creation - Oversee the development and curation of compelling and relevant content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to posts, stories, videos, and interactive experiences. Ensure brand consistency, messaging alignment, and visual appeal across all channels.

- Community Engagement and Management: Foster a vibrant and engaged community across offline and online interactive experiences. Community management framework to include the plan, platforms, execution and metrics.

- Influencer Partnership and Collaborations: Identify and cultivate relationships with influencers and strategic partners to amplify brand reach and credibility.

- Social Media Advertising and Promotions: Develop, execute and track social media advertising campaigns across various platforms.

Education and Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. Advanced or professional certifications in digital marketing or social media management are a plus.

- Experience of 10 years plus in managing social and digital assets for large corporate brands.

- Proven experience in social media management, with a track record of developing and executing successful social media strategies and campaigns.

- Strong leadership skills and experience in managing a team, with the ability to motivate, inspire, and empower team members to achieve their full potential.

- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and advertising options, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content, engage with audiences authentically, and represent the brand effectively.

- Analytical mindset and proficiency in social media analytics tools.

- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving measurable results and continuous improvement.

- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
