Job Description – Regional Manager - Business lending

Over the last 5 years, we have realized that embedding banking to product workflows is complex.
That's why we built Zwitch - an embedded finance platform that offers API and no-code components for
banking and compliance. It empowers businesses to build and integrate banking and financial features into
any product out there.

BankingStack:
Having been deployed at over 15 banks in India, BankingStack, a cloud native SME banking
platform, has already created a dent in the current fintech space. This financial OS, empowers banks to launch
& complement their own digital banking offerings thus offering a superior experience to customers.

Experience:

  • 6+ years

What you will be doing:
Manage a minimum of 3 cities.

  • Take ownership of the regional P&L. (going forward, P&L would be city-wise as team expands)
  • Manage a team of Team leads (City leads), FOS. (Business Associates)
  • Take direct report from Team/City Leads for each city.
  • RMs should track and report key performance metrics of their teams → comprehensive weekly reports of team
performance. (no. of loan applications, loan eSign (sanctioned) amounts, loan disbursement amounts etc.)

  • Forecast staffing needs, initiate all hiring stages and help grow, build teams across different cities.
  • Report comprehensive P&L of each city to the central team on weekly/ fortnightly / monthly basis.
  • Create, plan and implement strategies for creating, growing loan book in each city.
  • Conduct & derive insights from market research on which major areas, industry-segments etc. to target in each city.
  • Establish partnerships with associations, societies, resellers, channel partners and DSA networks etc. to grow the loan
book.

  • Grow the local community for Open through Marketing.
  • Optimize and improve the TAT in operations at city-level.

Experience:

  • 6+ years

What you will be doing:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience.
  • Core Lending Sales (Business Loans, other lending products), Market Expansion/Penetration, Business development, Team
building, P&L Management, preferably from Finance/Lending/DSA/fintech backgrounds are required.

  • Have deep knowledge and expertise of the MSMEs, lending market in the geography to drive lending, other sales growth in
the defined territory to ensure maximum impact on customer sourcing, acquisition, conversion and renewals.

  • Looking for dynamic leaders who are target oriented and with strong managerial skills.
  • Expertise in managing a field team.
  • Expertise in managing large Direct & Cross-functional Teams across geographies.
  • Strong in stakeholder management.
  • Inclusive and collaborative - driving teamwork and cross-team alignment.
  • Strong business relationship management and solution development skills.
  • Strong executive presence including communication and presentation skills with a high degree of comfort to large and small
audiences.
