Location: Bangalore.
What you'll be doing:
- Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies across multiple channels, including Google Ads, LinkedIn, Capterra, and other relevant platforms.
- Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and meet ROI targets.
- Analyze campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and provide data-driven insights to continuously improve marketing efforts.
- Allocate and manage the performance marketing budget effectively across various channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align paid media strategies with overall marketing objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Create and optimize landing pages and ad creatives to maximize conversion rates.
- Implement tracking and attribution systems to measure campaign effectiveness accurately.
- Develop and maintain relationships with media partners and vendors.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in planning and managing performance marketing budgets independently.
- Proven track record of successfully driving customer acquisition through paid channels.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant advertising platforms.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems, such as HubSpot, Salesforce etc.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and content marketing strategies.
- Experience in the fintech or B2B SaaS industry is a plus.
- Certifications in Google Ads, LinkedIn Marketing, or other relevant platforms are highly desirable.
