Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize marketing automation platforms, with a primary focus on HubSpot Sales and Marketing Hub and CleverTap
  • Customer journey mapping, and using this to define our CRM and marketing automation setup
  • Clearly outline your sales and marketing processes, and create custom pipelines in the CRM that reflect these processes
  • Create and maintain marketing workflows, lead scoring models, and nurture programs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing operations with overall business objectives
  • Manage the marketing technology stack and integrate various tools and platforms
  • Develop and maintain data management processes to ensure data quality and integrity
  • Design and implement reporting dashboards to track key marketing metrics and KPIs
  • Manage and optimize the lead management process, including lead routing and qualification
  • Conduct regular audits of marketing processes and recommend improvements
  • Train and support marketing team members on marketing automation tools and best practices
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing technology trends and innovations


Requirements


  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years specifically in marketing operations
  • Prior experience with HubSpot Sales and Marketing Hub mandatory
  • Proven expertise in marketing automation, lead management, and campaign optimization
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from complex data sets
  • Experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce preferable
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and data visualization software such as Looker Studio,
  • Microsoft Excel, Tableau, and more
  • Knowledge of SQL and experience with database management preferred
  • Familiarity with marketing compliance and data privacy regulations
