Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Growth Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies tailored to metro markets to drive adoption and sales of 3/4 wheel EVs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive adoption and sales of 3/4 wheel EVs in metro markets.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Retail Finance, network and marketing teams to ensure sustained growth for all dealerships in the cities.
  • Manage and optimize sales operations to ensure alignment with overall business goals and performance metrics.
  • Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, including local government bodies, business partners, and customers to foster partnerships and business opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities in last mile mobility, and leverage insights to guide strategic decisions.
  • Lead and mentor a team of dealer sales professionals, setting clear goals and managing the overall growth for the dealership.
  • Oversee promotional activities, marketing campaigns, and participation in industry events to increase brand visibility and product awareness.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance data, providing accurate forecasts and adjustments to strategies as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales, marketing, or business development, with a proven track record in the automotive or EV sector.
  • Industry preferred: Automotive.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience managing sales teams.
  • In-depth understanding of the EV market, customer preferences, and regulatory environment in urban settings.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.
  • Superior interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with an innovative approach to business strategy and problem-solving.
