Job Description:

Position: Senior Web Developer

Location: Remote (WFH)

Responsibilities:

  • Full Stack Development: Lead the development of high-performance web applications, from front-end to back-end, ensuring seamless integration with various platforms.
  • Architecture and Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable web solutions.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative development environment.
  • Code Quality: Conduct code reviews to maintain high-quality standards, enforce best practices, and ensure efficient and reliable web applications.
  • Innovation: Stay abreast of emerging web technologies, tools, and trends to incorporate innovative solutions into our projects.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and address technical challenges, optimizing performance and user experience across different devices and browsers.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with UI/UX designers, back-end developers, and other stakeholders to deliver cohesive and visually appealing web applications.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4-5 years of professional experience in web development.
  • Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and popular frameworks like React or Angular.
  • Strong back-end development skills using languages like , Python, or Ruby.
  • Experience with database design and management systems (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB).
  • Knowledge of RESTful API design and integration.
  • Familiarity with responsive design principles and mobile optimization.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Leadership experience and ability to mentor a development team.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
