Manager, Business Development & Acquisition (MNC Fintech Payment Solutions Organisation)
An established MNC Fintech Payment Solutions Organisation is currently hiring for Manager, Business Development & Acquisition to join the team and be based in the Kuala Lumpur office.
Key responsibilities include:
Good understanding of Payment Solutions within Fintech and Financial Institution sectors
Develop both short and long term sales strategies through corporate client acquisitions, business development, relationship building and after-sales services with Head of Department and C-Suites with measurable actions and goals to monitor successful executions to achieve sales results
Strong presentation skills together with quality recommendations to meet client's requirements and long term business objectives
Being flexible to explore new business and partnership opportunities through product integrations and developing new business models
Implement efficient sales management process cycle using CRM systems and data collections to analyse results and identify opportunities to improve sales motions, value propositions, sales enablement, systems, processes and etc
Having an entrepreneurship mentality and sense of ownership to grow the business towards profitability and achieving company goals
Able to attract, hire and grow talents for the organisation
Independent with the ability to foster trust and rapport with both internal and external Financial Institution stakeholders in the fast-paced working environment
