About the Company :
BharatX is a VC Backed early-stage FinTech startup that uses technology to empower the Indian Middle Class with credit.

Approximately 110 Million Households whose income is more than 5 lakh per annum, do not get access to Formal Credit.

BharatX wants to change that by enabling Credit-as-a-Feature on Consumer facing appsOur access to data allows us to innovate with products which remove barriers and lowers costs at the same time.

We are changing the way credit is made available to the Indian middle class.
You will be entrusted with a portfolio of our key clients.

Your primary responsibility will be to nurture these relationships, ensuring a deep and enduring trust between our clients and our company.


Responsibilities:


Proactively identify opportunities to expand our business footprint within these accounts, ensuring that our solutions continually evolve to meet their evolving needs.

Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.
Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
Resolve any customer issues and problems and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships.

RequirementsMinimum of 2 years of experience in account management, sales, or a related field within the fintech or payment solutions sector.

Proven track record of managing and growing key accounts, especially in the technology or financial services industries.
Demonstrated ability in building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Experience in negotiating contracts and closing agreements to maximize profits.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to effectively communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organisation, including executive and C-level.
