Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Website Design and Development:

  • Lead the design and development of WaferWire's website, ensuring a userfriendly interface, compelling visuals, and seamless navigation.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including marketing, design, and development, to conceptualize and execute website layouts, graphics, and interactive elements.
  • Utilize web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) to build and maintain the company's website.

Social Media Management:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance the visibility and engagement of WaferWire across platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Create and curate compelling content, including posts, articles, and visual assets, to drive brand awareness, thought leadership, and community engagement.
  • Monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries, comments, and messages, and foster meaningful conversations with followers and prospects.

Content Creation and Distribution:

  • Generate highquality content for various marketing channels, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and newsletters, to attract and engage target audiences.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, sales teams, and external partners to develop content that addresses customer pain points, industry trends, and solution benefits.
  • Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to increase organic visibility and drive inbound traffic to the WaferWire website.

Event Management and Sponsorship:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute industry events, conferences, webinars, and workshops to showcase WaferWire's expertise, solutions, and thought leadership.
  • Identify relevant industry events, trade shows, and speaking opportunities for WaferWire executives and subject matter experts to participate in.
  • Manage sponsorships and partnerships with industry associations, organizations, and event organizers to maximize brand exposure and lead generation opportunities.

Inbound Lead Generation:

  • Implement lead generation campaigns and strategies to attract and convert qualified leads through various online and offline channels.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools, such as HubSpot or Marketo, to create and manage lead nurturing workflows, email campaigns, and landing pages.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and sales goals, and to optimize lead handoff processes.

Brand Management and Positioning:

  • Ensure brand consistency and alignment across all marketing materials, communications, and touchpoints.
  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines, messaging frameworks, and visual assets to support WaferWire's positioning and differentiation in the market.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to inform brand strategy and messaging refinement.

Performance Tracking and Reporting:

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), such as website traffic, social media engagement, lead generation metrics, and campaign ROI, to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
  • Generate regular reports and insights to communicate marketing performance, trends, and opportunities to key stakeholders and senior management.

Skills and Qualifications:

Marketing Experience:

  • 24 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the technology or software industry. Proven track record of planning and executing successful marketing campaigns and initiatives. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

Web Design and Development Skills:

  • Proficient in web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).
  • Experience in designing and developing userfriendly websites with a focus on aesthetics, usability, and performance.

Digital Marketing Proficiency:

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics, including social media, content marketing, SEO, email marketing, and inbound lead generation.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.

Creative and Content Skills:

  • Excellent writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content for various marketing channels and audiences.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools, graphic design software, and video editing platforms is desirable.

Event Management Expertise:

  • Experience in planning, organizing, and promoting industry events, webinars, and conferences.
  • Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.

Analytical and Strategic Thinking:

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and make datadriven decisions to optimize marketing performance and ROI.
  • Strategic thinker with a focus on identifying growth opportunities, understanding market dynamics, and positioning WaferWire effectively in the competitive landscape.
