Role Description:

We are currently seeking an adept Inside Sales Professional to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical Proficiency in Data, AI, Analytics, and Cloud Technologies

  • Qualifications: The candidate should have a strong understanding of key technologies including Data Management, Artificial Intelligence, Analytics, and Cloud Transformation (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP).
  • Experience: Previous experience in marketing roles within the tech industry, particularly involving Data Estate Modernization and AI-driven solutions, is highly desirable.
  • Skills: Ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. Familiarity with emerging technologies like AI copilots and other AI-driven tools.

2. Content Creation and Strategy

  • Content Development: Proven ability to create high-quality, engaging content including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and LinkedIn posts that align with the company's technology offerings and target audience.
  • SEO and SEM Knowledge: Strong understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) to ensure content is optimized for search engines and can drive organic traffic.
  • Content Calendar Management: Experience in developing and managing a content calendar that aligns with product launches, industry events, and key marketing campaigns.

3. Social Media and Digital Marketing Expertise

  • Social Media Management: Proficiency in managing and growing the company's presence on social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, and industry-specific forums. Ability to craft compelling posts and engage with the community.
  • Digital Campaigns: Experience in planning, executing, and analyzing digital marketing campaigns. Knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms for tracking and reporting on campaign performance.
  • Engagement Strategies: Ability to develop strategies that increase follower engagement, drive traffic to the company's website, and convert visitors into leads.

4. Analytical Skills and Data-Driven Decision Making

  • Performance Metrics: Strong analytical skills to measure and report on key performance metrics related to content effectiveness, website traffic, social media engagement, and lead generation.
  • Data Interpretation: Ability to interpret data from various analytics tools to refine and optimize marketing strategies. Experience with A/B testing and other methods to determine the best approaches.
  • ROI Focused: Demonstrated ability to link marketing activities to business outcomes and return on investment (ROI), ensuring that all efforts contribute to the company's growth and visibility.

5. Project Management and Collaboration

  • Project Management: Excellent project management skills to handle multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously. Familiarity with project management tools like Asana, Trello, or JIRA.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to work closely with sales, product, and technical teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Vendor Management: Experience in managing relationships with external vendors, such as content creators, digital marketing agencies, and platform providers, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
