Role Description:

  • Looking to hire, train, and develop sales talent through on-the-job experience
  • Criteria for this role:
    • 2+ Years of experience in Digital Marketing/ Influencer Marketing Agencies
    • Experience in servicing large media agencies
    • Developed agency relationships with planners and buyers
    • Strong convincing and networking skills
    • Ability to build and grow relationships, and open new client accounts
    • Thrives in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of autonomy
    • Strong learning mindset and open to feedback
  • Develop sales:
    • Understand organization strategy and execute plans to deliver on Sales Quota
  • Accelerate customer acquisition:
    • Identify Brand objectives and pitch value proposition for using platform
  • End-to-end Agency Management:
    • Own sales funnel through outreach, onboarding, adoption, renewal, expansion, and loyalists
  • Work collaboratively across teams:
    • Product, Technology, Growth and Marketing
  • Process Compliance:
    • Adherence to all processes related to Sales Funnel reporting & tracking
    • Sales forecasting, etc.
  • Evangelize product:
    • Best-in-class collaterals, case studies, and pitch propositions
  • Skills required:
    • Excellent communication skills, MBA is a must
    • Familiarity with digital platforms and ecosystem
    • Strong presentation skills
    • Ability to articulate Client marketing objectives
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
