Your opportunity

The Services Account Manager implements Sidel Services strategy, drives the sales activities, and manages Sidel accounts relationships for the Services business in the assigned area (or for a specific Regional Key Account), with a functional management of Services Account Managers' operations. Drive retention and customer loyalty/satisfaction, grow current revenue and margin contribution across Sidel Services product offerings to deliver Sales targets.

Your Mission

The Services Account Manager implements Sidel Services strategy, drives the sales activities, and manages Sidel accounts relationships for the Services business in the assigned area (or for a specific Regional Key Account), with a functional management of Services Account Managers' operations.
Drive retention and customer loyalty/satisfaction, grow current revenue and margin contribution across Sidel Services product offerings to deliver Sales targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

For the assigned area or Regional Key Account:

Ensure that budgeted sales and margins targets are met
- Grow sales and profitability of Services offering, adapting the regional services strategy to meet local markets' requirements and needs, directing and implementing action plans with the aftersales team. Add value to customers and for Sidel.

Manage functionally a team of Services Account managers and their operations, ensuring support and proposing competence and skills development plans. Create a customer oriented culture within the team
- Proactively manage external partners (Agents) to ensure their integration into the Sidel culture and the Sidel Services strategy
- Manage existing customers and develop new accounts / Manage Regional Key account relationships. Plan customer contacts, visits and promotional activities
- Drives the forecast process, ensuring accuracy and predictability
- Manage outstanding and overdue payment performance
- Ensure that all customer related data, including opportunities, accounts, contacts and offers is high quality and updated in the CRM
- Conduct market research and analysis, including market context and competition intelligence
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of industry and Services Products to identify and propose solutions
- Ensure Sidel Group and Local processes, policies and procedures are respected at all time

Your Profile

Education: Engineering Bachelor Degree or equivalent

Language: English, Local Language as per regional allocation is plus

Professional Qualifications and Experience:

- At least 5 years Proven working experience in Customer Service Management Sales role
- Knowledge of Filling and Beverages products and packaging equipment (Beverage industry)

- Strong client-facing and communication skills

- Ability to interact at all levels of the organisation (Internal and External)
- Customer service orientation
- Regional market understanding
- Ability to effectively manage cross functional collaboration
- Ability to travel (50%)
