Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and implement technology strategies to enhance sales processes and improve overall efficiency. Design and implement a strategic roadmap for sales technology, identifying opportunities to enhance customer experience and streamline sales processes. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging sales technologies & trends, and competitor practices, advising leadership on potential technological advancements that could impact sales effectiveness. Evaluate, select, and integrate sales software and tools to optimize customer interactions and sales team performance. Evaluate sales software solutions considering factors such as relevance to business, scalability, cost vs benefit, and user-friendliness, etc. Collaborate with sales teams to understand their needs and challenges, providing technical solutions to improve productivity. Conduct regular training sessions for sales teams, covering both basic and advanced features of implemented technologies to ensure sales staff are proficient in using technology tools, fostering a tech-savvy sales culture. Monitor and analyze sales data, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvements in sales technology and processes.
