Job Description:

End to end selling: from cold calling/emailing, to aligning qualified meetings, to conducting meetings, to closing deals and key account management after.

First 8-12 months will be an IC role, basis performance, a team of SDRs/Inside Sales Reps will be built to manage the setting of qualified meetings piece.

Acquiring, Retaining and Growing Mentoria's Corporate Partners Delivering monthly and quarterly revenue goals through corporate partners Building a strong corporate brand for Mentoria Outgoing & Creative ways of reaching the corporate world to build a sales pipeline Ability to create innovative Approach/Concept Note & Client Proposals Strong stakeholder management and ability to build & maintain excellent long term relationships with customers Behavioral Competencies (Must): · Networking skills · Strong Communication skills (Oral & Written) · Presentation skills · Analytical skills · Consultative Sales · Negotiation skills Education & Experience: · Experience range of 3 – 7 years of B2B selling experience · Experience in Corporate Sales – B2B (ideally to Owners / Directors & CHRO) · Experience in Service / Project / Consultative selling Compensation: 8-15 LPA (Fixed + Incentives)
