  • Collaborate with the leadership to develop and refine business strategies based on financial insights and market trends.
  • Conduct comprehensive P&L analysis to identify areas for optimization and improvement.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making.
  • Prepare regular financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for the founder and leadership team.
  • Analyze operational data to drive efficiency and cost-effectiveness across the organization.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to ensure financial targets are met.
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis and support on special projects as required by the founder.

What you should have :

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field
  • Proven experience in program or project management, preferably in a fastpaced environment
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Proficiency in project management tools
