About the role:
Amazon is searching for a skilled Production Manager to provide support for 3D Operations.

The 3D Production Manager will maintain relationships with business partners, manage incoming asset creation requests, track progress against goals, and ensure deadlines are met and within budget.

The 3D Production Manager will also partner across the team to balance talent schedules with asset creation demands.

Key job responsibilities

  • Coordinate project intake
  • Work with business team and internal stakeholders to create project budget estimates
  • May lead project pre-production meetings
  • Accurately generate project timelines with help from the team
  • Organize digital assets and archiving
  • Assign work to artists and manage workload
  • Partner across the team to trouble shoot and ensure that deadlines are met
  • May act as a primary point of contact between the 3D team and specific business partners
  • Organize production information for internal reviews
  • Coordinate with 3D artists to identify existing process and organizational roadblocks and improvement opportunities
  • Utilize appropriate digital asset management techniques to assure completion of projects
  • Contributes to knowledge management tools such as wikis and shared drives
  • Contribute to editorial imaging efforts through catalog, name, crop, color manage, and, when necessary, spot retouch image assets under tight deadlines.

Bangalore, KA, IND- 3+ years of design experience

  • Knowledge of branding guidelines and corporate identity, visual design, print and digital layout design
  • Experience working with agile development teams (agile/scrum/kanban)
  • Experience in Adobe Creative Suit applications, with high proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat using macOS
  • Experience with ecommerce, search, social, and other major application types and their UX patterns
  • Experience creating services and applications with multiple user touch points on different platforms and devices
